The Beretta APX semi-auto blowback pistol is an ultra realistic replica. originally designed as a replacement for the Beretta M9, US Armed Forces standard issue but was deemed too expensive for the DOD. As a result, the civilian world benefited by being able to purchase a military-spec pistol deemed "too mil-spec" for the military. Umarex's APX is build with a polymer frame and metal slide and has a true double action trigger. The front Picatinny rail allows for the mounting of accessories.
