FAQs

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but some countries have restrictions about they will and will not allow through customs or permits you must have available. Please visit our International Shipping Policies page for more information. https://vipairsoftarmory.com/pages/international-shipping-policy

Do you offer lay-away?

No, we do not offer any lay-away or pay-as-you-go programs. 

Do you buy or trade used equipment?

No, we do not. The only exception to this is for discontinued rare guns that we may be able to use for parts in our tech department. 

Can I pick up at one of your locations?

Yes, we do offer store pickup. When you get to the Shipping section of your checkout, choose the "Store Pickup" at the location of your preference. 

Can you ship a gun without the orange tip?

Federal regulation states that all guns sold and shipped must have an orange tip adhered. 

Are there any bulk order discounts available for guns and gear?

We do offer wholesale pricing for federal agencies and local law enforcement, training groups, teaching organizations and other agencies. Please email info@vipairsoft.net for more information. 

If something says it's available on your website- is it available in store?

Yes. Our online inventory is connected to our in-store inventory. If there are very few available online, please call to confirm that the item is at the in-store location of your choice as the inventory could be at either storefront. We can bring any inventory items back and forth between the locations for you. 

Can I place a special order for an item? 

Yes, we do accept special order requests for items we don't carry in normal inventory. Please email info@vipairsoft.net with the item you'd like ordered in the color or variant and we will reach out to our distributors to see if it is something we can get ahold of for you. 

How do I return an item I ordered?

Some items are not eligible for return including, but not limited to, batteries, electronics (like MOSFETS), face protection, bbs or gas. All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order. All returns must be approved by our technicians and management prior to refund, include all of the items provided with the product (manuals, extras, etc). Any approved returns will incur a refund less 20% for restocking fees. 

Can I ship an order to an address that isn't mine?

We will not ship orders to a different address from the billing address. This policy is for your protection and ours and helps both of us combat identity theft and card fraud. 

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

We offer a 30 day repair warranty on all of the guns we sell. If the gun breaks down within the first 30 days, our technicians will repair the gun as long as the damage was not found to be intentional or due to negligence. Many of our other products will have their own manufacturer warranty available. We can assist you and provide any available information you may need to submit your warranty request to the manufacturer. You can locate a variety of warranties available on our Tech Department site by clicking the "Tools" icon at the top of the page or under "Tech Dept Forum" in the menu.
