About:
The Smith & Wesson M&P 9C is a gas blow back pistol fully licensed by Smith & Wesson. Founded in 1852, Smith & Wesson revolvers and handguns have become the standard issue to law enforcement agencies around the globe. When first hit the market in 2005, the M&P series pistol was and still is a solid performer. Numerous law enforcement agencies across the nation, including the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department are now issuing the M&P to new hires.
Special features include full Smith & Wesson M&P 9C Trademarks on the slide and the frame. Specially designed fish scale rear cocking serration allowing the operator to cock the gun even in a slippery condition. The M&P 9C has an ambidextrous slide release, and a switchable magazine release button, making this a right hand and left hand friendly gun. The M&P 9C points naturally, very similar to the 1911. The Smith & Wesson M&P9C has a specially designed trigger safety, preventing unintentional trigger pull. Just like the real M&P series, the M&P has a unique function that can speed up the reload time. When the slide is lock back, indicating the gun is empty, when the operator insert the new magazine into the gun with the right angle and proper amount of force, the slide will automatically go forward. Instead of adding another step to release the slide, the operator can now reacquire firm grip and continue to fire. Last but not lease, the Smith & Wesson M&P 9C has a selector switch underneath its slide, which the operator can choose between full auto or semi auto mode.
