Warranty Policy

We extend a 30 day repair warranty on every gun we sell in-store priced over $100. Online orders must be warrantied directly with the manufacturer. 

At our discretion, VIPAirsoft Armory reserves the right to determine which cases are authorized for warranty processing. The repair warranty covers manufacturer defects, not user error.

For all serviceable warranty items, VIPAirsoft Armory reserves the right to service the product(s) which functionally equivalent, reconditioned or new products and parts.

The chart below outlines basic gun warranties and may not be comprehensive to include newly acquired equipment and may not be completely p to date with any changes made by manufacturers. Please double check the manufacturer's website for the most accurate information on their equipment as some companies make changes without notifying distributors in a timely manner.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS AND WARRANTY VOID
Use of improper bbs
DO NOT USE .12g bbs. These will damage your gun and void your warranty due to their subpar manufacturing and subsequent imperfections.
Improper use/neglect
Damages caused as a result of improper storage, dropping the product, exposure to/submersion into liquids, exposure to high heat or extreme weather, use of the product outside of it's originally intended use.
Unauthorized Modifications
Damage or equipment failure resulting from attempted alterations to the product(s) will not be covered by the warranty and will void opportunities for refund and return. Attempts to remove the orange tip voids the warranty through all manufacturers as well as through VIPAirsoft Armory. If the product has been disassembled by anyone other than a VIPAirsoft Armory technician or a technician employed directly by the manufacturer voids the repair warranty and refund/return opportunities.
Accessories and Parts
We do not warranty accessories or parts and internal parts are not eligible for return or refund. For any issues with accessories or parts, you must process the warranty request directly with the manufacturer.
Batteries
We do not warranty batteries. Common failures to these items are due to improper use, unsafe handling and improper charging.
